These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of a2zlive.com.au (“Site”) and purchase of access to digital event content (“Service”). By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase access.

1. About Us

A2Z Weddings Pty Limited trading as a2zlive.com.au (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Service Description

We provide one-time paid access to event videos/content. Purchases grant 48-hour access from payment completion, limited to the device/browser used (via cookie). Access is non-transferable and expires automatically.

3. Purchases and Payment

  • All purchases are one-time and non-refundable (no refunds whatsoever, including for change of mind, technical issues or non-use).
  • Prices are in AUD, inclusive of GST if applicable.
  • Payment is processed securely.
  • By purchasing, you authorise the transaction and confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

4. Access and Limitations

  • Access is granted via cookie tied to the device/browser used at purchase.
  • Access is strictly limited to that device/browser. Switching devices, browsers, clearing cookies or using VPN/incognito may result in loss of access — no replacement or refund provided.
  • We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access.
  • Content is for personal, non-commercial viewing only. No downloading, sharing, recording or redistribution permitted.

5. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, credits or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Inability to access (e.g., cookie deletion, device change)
  • Technical issues on your end
  • Dissatisfaction with content

Refunds may be available only for major failures under Australian Consumer Law (e.g., content not as described). Contact us for any ACL claims.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by us or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view for 48 hours only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, consequential) arising from use of the Site/Service, including access issues or content quality. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access without refund if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
